Shipping & Delivery

Most orders arrive in 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, typically within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Yes - we ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email with a direct link. You can also check your order status at your account page.

Yes - we offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy.

Email us at cluvvosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Email cluvvosupport@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. Email us immediately at cluvvosupport@gmail.com with your order number.

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify secure checkout with SSL encryption. We never store your payment information.

All products come with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If anything stops working within 30 days, contact us and we will make it right.

Products ship from US-based warehouses and supplier fulfillment centers. All listings show estimated delivery windows before you buy.
