We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at cluvvosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at cluvvosupport@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
