We want you to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale or final-sale items (if marked at time of purchase)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at cluvvosupport@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at cluvvosupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, email us and we'll send the correct item and cover all shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
